“I feel like it’s stadium worthy, I love the hook in that...The name AFTERDRIVE,
your new favourite band.”
BBC Radio 1

Meet AFTERDRIVE, four close friends making big waves in the UK music scene with their fresh mix of pop and indie.
Formed in late 2022, brothers Ben and Joe Watts (vocals and drums) lead the charge, backed by Luke Ellis on lead guitar and Edward Ruff on bass. What started as jam sessions between siblings quickly turned into something much bigger, tight-knit, energetic, and impossible to ignore.
In just a short time, AFTERDRIVE has gone from playing small gigs to landing regular airplay on BBC Radio 1. Their knack for crafting infectious, melodic anthems has turned heads across the country, proving that people are craving exactly what they’re bringing to the table.
With every release, they continue to push their sound to new heights, somehow managing to build on what already feels like their best work. And whether it’s in the studio or on stage, they bring the same level of energy, passion, and precision, making every performance feel as fresh and exciting as their recordings.
And this is just the beginning.
With new music constantly on the way and an ever-growing fanbase, AFTERDRIVE isn’t just another indie pop band, they are the ones to watch.
